How it works
Pick your category, tell us your story and share your photos and promo video. You get a code to follow your entry.
Your guests, your community and the industry vote for their favourite in each category. One vote per person per category.
The organising team reviews the counts and the winners are revealed at the Host Fest gala in Samborondón.
Every vote is tied to an email and a phone number. Once a contact has voted in a category, they cannot vote again.
Applicants cannot vote for their own entry. The system checks it against the contact details.
Vote counts are visible only to the organising team. Neither applicants nor voters can see the ranking.
Judging
Entries are checked against public eligibility rules and then scored by an independent jury on a five-criteria rubric with fixed weights, published before judging starts. The public vote counts, but it does not decide on its own.
